Indications: Electieve chirurgie waarbij een segmentale colon- en/of rectum-resectie wordt verricht

Medication:

tobramycine po 80mg

colistine po 100mg

nystatin po 2million. IU

Remarks:

Suspensie 10ml 3dd
Doseringen in schema hiernaast is de samenstelling per 10 ml suspensie

Start 3 dagen pre-operatief (thuis) en continueer tot maximaal 3 dagen post-operatief (eerder indien volledige orale intake en geen maagsonde meer) 

General comments

Contra-indicaties: bekende kolonisatie met tobramycine én colistine-resistente gramnegatieve staven

Geen inventarisatie kweken pre-operatief

Regelmatig evalueren resistentie ontwikkeling
