Hemo dialysis: Bij orale toediening aanpassing van de dosering niet nodig, bij intraveneuze toediening: Pas dezelfde doseeradviezen toe als vermeld bij klaring <10 ml/minuut, waarbij (minimaal) 1 gift amoxicilline/clavulaanzuur na dialyse wordt toegediend.

CAV / VVHD: Bij orale dosering geen aanpassing nodig, bij intraveneuze dosering: Pas dezelfde doseeradviezen toe als vermeld bij klaring <10 ml/minuut.
