General comments
profylaxe éénmalig; peroperatief te herhalen wanneer ingreep > 4 uur duurt (c.q. langer dan 2 x de halfwaardetijd van het betreffende antibioticum) en/of bij > 1.5 L bloedverlies.
Bij allergie: clindamycine iv 600 mg eenmalig
Bij allergie of MRSA dragerschap en clindamycine resistentie: vancomycine 1 gram langzaam (minimaal 1 uur) in laten lopen.
