General comments
Verwekkers zijn zowel S. aureus als S. pyogenes.
Therapie kan op geleide van de kweek worden aangepast.
Borstvoeding moet gecontinueerd worden.
Korte duur mogelijk indien snelle respons en compleet herstel. Bij trage klinische respons 14 dagen behandelen om een recidief te voorkomen.
