General comments
profylaxe éénmalig; te herhalen wanneer ingreep > 4 uur duurt (c.q. langer dan 2 x de halfwaardetijd van het betreffende antibioticum) en/of bij > 1.5 L bloedverlies.
* Autologe transplantatie: o.a. afhankelijk van immuunstatus van de patiënt, grootte transplantaat, wat voor weefsel onder het transplantaat: indicatie voor cefazolin te bepalen door de operateur.
