	Medication: cefazoline* iv one-off	Remarks: SWAB remarks laparoscopische cholecystectomie: alleen profylaxe bij omstandigheden met een verhoogd risico op gecontamineerde gal, zoals bij hoge leeftijd van de patiënt, acute cholecystitis of status na interventie aan de galwegen.
	Medication: cefazoline* iv one-off + metronidazol iv 500mg one-off	Remarks: SWAB remarks dunnedarm- en colorectale chirurgie, appendectomie
		Remarks: SWAB remarks andere laparotomieën (schone ingrepen): geen profylaxe

Indications: Betalactam allergie

	Medication: clindamycine iv 600mg one-off + aminoglycoside iv one-off	Remarks: SWAB remarks maag/duodenum chirurgie met openen van het lumen

Splenectomie: denk aan verdere vaccinaties. zie splenectomie in hoofdstuk 'Profylaxe voor de immuungecompromitteerde gastheer'

Hernia chirurgie (lies, navel, litteken): geen profylaxe

Buikwandplastiek met prothetisch materiaal (bv Ramirez plastiek): wel profylaxe met cefazolin iv eenmalig
