Zie toxoplasmosis cerebri bij HIV.

Behandelduur 4-6 weken gevolgd door herevaluatie oogarts.

Als de macula betrokken is dan corticosteroïden bijgeven.

Kleine perifere laesies bij immuuncompetente patiënten niet behandelen
