NB: secundaire profylaxe met norfloxacine 400mg 1 dd
NB: denk bij mengflora aan een perforatie!
“Spontane bacteriële peritonitis” komt vooral bij volwassen patiënten met ascitis en leverfalen voor.
Bij allergie overleg met arts-microbioloog omdat deze patienten vaak profylaxe gebruiken.
