General comments
Duur van de behandeling is afhankelijk van het focus
Bij goede klinische respons kan na 3-5 dagen worden overgegaan op orale therapie: keuze voor orale uitbehandeling op geleide van resistentiebepaling
Verhoogd risico ESBL: recent (< 3 maanden) reis naar hoog-endemisch gebied (zie https://resistancemap.cddep.org/) en recente (< 2 maanden) ziekenhuisopname in buitenland.
Dekking Pseudomonas aeruginosa bij kolonisatie/infectie < 1 jaar
